MN glycoload apple

GlycoLoad uses highly branched cyclic dextrin, a specialized carbohydrate that empties from the stomach quickly and digests steadily, giving you fuel without the bloated, heavy feeling of typical sugary carb sources. It's well suited for athletes who want to carb-load before an event or simply refuel glycogen around training without GI discomfort. Mix with water as directed on the label before, during, or after exercise.
