This product contains amygdalin, a compound from apricot kernels often sold under the name "vitamin B17." It is not a recognized vitamin, and despite decades of popular claims, clinical research has not shown it to be an effective cancer treatment. Amygdalin converts to cyanide in the body, so staying within the labeled dose matters — do not exceed it, and do not use this in place of medical care. If you're managing a serious health condition, talk to your doctor before adding this or any supplement.
